The J.S. Waterman & Sons-Eastman-Waring funeral home is located at 493, 495 and 497 Commonwealth Avenue. I am not sure how large a space it is, or what they’re asking, but I can find out!

This is absolute insanity. As part of a large development, the builders had to set aside 20 units to be sold in a lottery. Instead of paying $500,000 to $1.3 million, buyers will be able to move in for $85,000 to $230,000.

A lot of times, when sellers are putting their homes up for sale, their real estate agent will gently suggest that any personal items be hidden away, lest potential buyers notice something they don’t like, and decide not to buy.
