Subsequently, they received final approval from Boston’s Zoning Board of Appeals, meaning they can begin building, [...]

In case you missed it, Apple Computer, Inc. met with the Back Bay Architectural Commission a couple weeks ago, to discuss the company’s proposal to open a store at 815 Boylston Street, in Boston’s Back Bay.
Apple revised their original design of the building, and, as a result, the commission ended up giving “close approval” to [...]

My friends, it’s an easy choice.
First, though, I’m talking about if you are moving into a city, not near a city. If you are moving into the suburbs, I think you should probably buy, especially if you [...]

Should you invest in buying a home, or put your money into the stock market?
Here’s one reader’s opinion on the subject:
Stocks are still too volatile, IMHO, and if I was to invest in stocks it would be for long term investments. My father is a day trader, but it’s literally a full-time job for [...]

Earlier this week, news was leaked that Simon Property Group, owners of Copley Place, is considering building a new tower at the corner of Dartmouth Street and Stuart Street.
The tower would include a large hotel, as well as residential condominiums.
The Boston Globe, when they broke the story, had few details.
The Boston Courant had much more [...]
