Sure the project will be advertised as “at no additional charge to taxpayersâ€? because the value of the Government Center site will be used to fund a new building in the Seaport. The only problem is that what the city builds will cost a lot more than what Government Center is worth. We taxpayers will have to make up the difference. I see only downside.
