Their business model still leaves room for a real estate agent such as

myself, I guess that&#039;s all I was saying.  A typical client of mine might check out the Trulia site

for data on a certain neighborhood, but would still come to me to set up showings, get comps, and

help negotiate an offer.

Again, for Trulia to be helpful to the typical downtown Boston

buyer, it is going to have to get a lot more listings.</description>
