I saw a flyer for a single outside parking space behind 134 Beacon Street.

Price: $149,000.

I’ve seen parking spots routinely selling for $200k

in the Back Bay. $150k is actually a pretty good deal.

…or alternatively you could buy a

loft apartment in downtown st.louis (i was just there for work) for $123K!!! but then again do you

want to be in st. louis???
