good thing. And often you can find non-profits, etc. willing to refurbish. Additionally, if

there&#039;s a chance for historic preservation tax credits, etc. such efforts are quite feasible. And

the theater district can use all the help it can get. And though the theater in its current

condition may not appeal to your questionable aestetic tastes, that&#039;s no reason to give up on the

theater, or other preservation efforts. Perhaps a developer could bring it back to its former

glory. One can at least dream.</description>
