This is a

landlord problem, not a renter problem. I own a townhouse and rent it out. My tenants are always

well screened and I check on the place regularly. My neighbors compliment my on my tenants, how

nice and helpful and tidy they are, etc.

On the other hand, several other owners in the same

development have had nothing but problems with their tenants. They dish the screening and leasing

off to a management company, and somehow they always seem to have messy, loud clowns in there. And

high turnover.

Fix this problem by focusing on the owners!

Screening tenants is a tough job. Check out www.bad-tenant.org

for free tenant screening and free posting of bad tenants. Bad-tenants can move but they can't
