Future headline: Fed lowers “Fed Funds” interest rate

I don’t see any reason to do so, but apparently no one else agrees.

Yep, I just locked up my money into

another 6 month CD at Indymac yielding 5.70% APY this morning. I don’t think we’ll see yields

this high anymore after this afternoon!
