JetBlue backing out of Boston?

Why is JetBlue giving up on Boston?

From Boston.com:

After unprofitably shuttling passengers between Boston to Columbus, Ohio, for the past year, JetBlue Airways Corp. said today that it will no longer fly that route as of Jan. 6.

The low-cost carrier said it is completely pulling out of Columbus as well as Nashville.

    “Despite the loss of one flight a day, JetBlue is still a growth story at Logan,” White said.

    “We’re continuing to take on new gates in Terminal C and will continue to add new destinations and

    flights through this winter and beyond.”

    They’re just giving up on Columbus.

    I wish

    Frontier would come back. Cheap flights to Denver, nice airline with great service. But two flights

    to Denver a day wasn’t paying the bills for the gate.
