My understanding was alot was going to Canada but with the weaker dollar I&#039;m sure that is less attractive than it used to be.   I know in the southern US Texas is trying to compete with Louisana.  But my understanding was that Louisana had pretty crazy incentives.</description>

Also, the 25% payroll tax credit is a credit on the salaries not on the tax. They show examples from the first act, link below. One more thing, a movie star doesn&#039;t come in with a $1 mil and leave with $1.25 mil, but the production company can certainly increase the movie stars pay from $1 mil to $1.25 mil though.</description>
