		<description>I can&#039;t don&#039;t understand why a sales agent would even think about changing the listing status until the property went under contract.  This is a good example of why having an experience agent is crucial to any deal.</description>

		<description>Never remove the house until the contract is signed.  Many things can happen.  I had a buyer return home and got news of terminal illness and backed out of the whole thing.  You never know!</description>

I rarely would look at a home with a buyer client if it was labeled Active but SHowing for Backups, but it doesn&#039;t mean other agents wouldn&#039;t show it for a Backup!  I will make it a change in my business to take this step.
