Broad Street is dark? Compare cime rates in south end vs. waterfront/financial district. I’d be more concerned with a mugger popping me one in the south end than the financial district.

A couple other problems with Broadluxe: The building has no parking and there are no close-by supermarket. However, there is a Brix wine store on the first floor.
