Cafe Marliave to reopen

From the Boston Business Journal:

Cafe Marliave, the longtime haunt near Downtown Crossing, is slated to open next month.

Chef/owner Scott Herritt said the final touches are being put on the $75,000 renovations that include restoring the restaurant to its original luster.

The restaurant, which dates back to 1882, was shuttered in September 2006 due to non-payment of taxes …
