Fenway Real Estate…Prices & Sales Going UP

 According to MLS data Fenway condo sales and prices are up. I compared Jan – Sept 07 with Jan – Sept 08. The results are as follows:
Fenway condo sales from 1/1/07 – 9/30/07
Number of Fenway condos sold – 124/ Avg. sales price $316,544.00
Fenway condo sales from 1/1/08 – 9/30/08

Mortgage Applications

Mortgage applications jumped 16.8 percent during the week ending Oct. 24 from the previous week, but applications were down 30 percent from a year ago, the Mortgage Bankers Association said.
