In the last 6 months, I have seen Massachusetts housing inventory go from a high of over 56,000 to today’s 44,454. What’s causing such a drop in housing inventory? a) The media and pundits are wrong. Today, I went to several Sunday Open Houses in Beacon Hill. The first was a studio which 4 people attended. The second open house was a one bedroom which had a total of 5 attendees and the last was a two bedroom which had 4 people that showed up. Conclusion, it was slow day in Beacon [...]
