Towers proposed for Bulfinch Triangle plot
The Raymond Property Co. unveiled its plans for two office towers to rise on land currently occupied by a parking garage, office space, and the MBTA’s Haymarket Orange Line station.
One tower would be 52-stories; the other 42-stories. The Prudential Tower, in comparison, is 52-stories. The nearby John F Kennedy building on Government Center is 24-stories.
In addition to office space, the developer is proposing residential housing across four buildings of 8-14 stories, each.
The developer would tear down and replace the District A-1 police headquarters on New Sudbury Street. The city just completed a $1-million+ renovation project there. (!)
