Boston condos that went under agreement in the last 7 days – 51 up from last week of 49
Number of Boston condos that sold this week – 20 up from last week of 17
My thoughts: I think there must be a lot of unemployed individuals buying Boston condos. Sales are up, unemployment is up, and inventory is down.
