    Hi John,

    I am surprised the numbers appear so upbeat?? Most recent Back Bay deed I found:

    273 Beacon st;

    Bought in April ‘07 for 3.2 million sold 12/24/2008 for 2.4 million..ouch

    Mary, these sales numbers were obtained from MLS. What will be interesting is LINK’s 2008 4th Q results.
