15×30 is a nicely sized roof deck, but it is hardly the largest in Boston.

Anon, According to MLS the private roof deck is 15×30.

How large is the private roof deck? Is it on the same floor as the condo? I’m willing to bet that the Savoy penthouse in the South End is bigger. It’s the unit that went for $4 million in 2008. The 485/495 Harrison penthouse which is on the market now has a pretty large roof deck also, but it is above the unit up a long flight of stairs.
