According to MLS there’re 105 two-bedroom Back Bay condos for sale. The average list price is $1,342,357.00.
The Boston Globe and LINK reported that luxury condo prices are dropping. Will someone please tell the Back Bay condo sellers this, I don’t think they received the memo.
