I notice that Zillow estimates seem consistently much lower than asking price and selling price. IThat&#039;s what prompted the question. It&#039;s almost as if they&#039;re looking at a whole different market. For instance, there&#039;s a condo at 1988 Commonwealth for sale for $367K. Zillow has it valued at something like $309K. It will probably sell for less than $367K but not that much (reservoir views, on a park, building in good shape). All of their Brighton estimates seem too low by about $30-$50K. And I keep seeing that over and over again.</description>
