W Hotel & Residences Slated to Open Fall 2009

The W Hotel and Residences are on schedule to open Fall 2009, with the Hotel pinpointed to open September 30. Although W Boston is accepting group inquiries, individual hotel reservations are not being made. The Welcome Center for Boston luxury condo sales is located at 200 Newbury Street.

The glass and steel building, which has already been topped off, is a striking addition to the Theatre District’s Stuart and Tremont Street corner. Boston luxury condos will extend from the 16th floor to the 28th floor penthouse level.
