It's above our budget but we went after I had checked the prior history. Personally, I would not pay over 1.1M for it in today's market. Alot of people won't even go see it b/c of the crazy asking price. On the price change note: Last week I saw a very nice unit in a very desirable location and a very nice building. There was a unit on Marlborough street started out at over $1.05...not totally renovated and a walk-up (no elevator)...dropped down to 950 or something recently. Don't know if it sold yet... A large unit at 206 beacon has also recently reduced I believe from when we visited several weeks ago... Just a couple I've witnessed...
