For example, I'm aware of one house on the Outer Cape that started for $3.6M back in 2006. This spring it was $2.6M. The seller apparently now really wants to sell and has relisted the property for $1.7M. The only problem is the house is probably only worth $1.1M. The seller is a true real estate dreamer......
