    Um. 113k increase between 2008 and 2009? How can she be working in a newsroom and not know that’s unrealistic?

    Aaron, I’ll keep you posted to see if Sara Underwood comes even close to getting her asking price.

    I’m sure some of my mockery is simple sour grapes: I couldn’t afford to pay even half that price for anything.

    A year of free valet parking is nice and all, but it sure seems like she’s asking quite a premium.

    Aaron, it sounds like she feels she “deserves” that profit on her home. I know it’s not technically the Back Bay, but just ask Bradley, prices ALWAYS go up….

    If she put substantial renovations in, it might be justified, but I’ll bet you dollars to doughnuts the price she’s asking has a decent profit baked in it. She might be in for a rude awakening.
