I know it's not technically the Back Bay, but just ask Bradley, prices ALWAYS go up.... If she put substantial renovations in, it might be justified, but I'll bet you dollars to doughnuts the price she's asking has a decent profit baked in it. She might be in for a rude awakening. A year of free valet parking is nice and all, but it sure seems like she's asking quite a premium.
