Boston real estate sales numbers
From today’s Boston Herald:
The median condo price for August dipped 6.8 percent to $275,000 from $295,000.
In Boston, single-family home sales were off last month by 2.7 percent compared to August 2008 while the median price increased by 2 percent to $367,500.
Citywide condo sales fell by 8.8 percent in August compared to a year ago as median prices slipped to $341,000, a 9.7 percent drop.
