		<description>I agree with Rich.  If you don&#039;t have 200K down, you shouldn&#039;t be getting a $2M mortgage.    I feel 10% should be the absolute minimum for any purchase.</description>

		<description>Requiring a $200K or $250K down payment for a $2M mortgage loan hardly sounds like a big issue.  If I were an banker, I would want to see much more skin in the game, say $1M.

OTOH, the comparable sales rules sound flawed to me.</description>
