W Hotel officially checks into the Hub

An excerpt for the Boston Herald:

The 235-room W Boston opens today, Massachusetts’ first outpost of Starwood Hotels and Resorts’ trendy hotel chain.

But Bostonians may want to bone up on their “W speak” before visiting the hotel. While guests remain “guests,” the W brand likes to convey its “world of wow” through its own lingo.

So, a doorman is a “door ambassador,” employees in general are the “talent,” the lobby is the “living room,” a standard guest room is a “Wonderful Room,” and guests can arrange for theater tickets through “Whatever/Whenever” (the concierge service).

Great News! The Government has extended the First Time Home Buyers program for $8K credit until April 30, 2010. Plus, if you are selling your primary home and purchasing a new one, you are entitled to a $6500 credit as well. This does not apply to second home purchases however.

@chuck supporter, You’re welcome. I am just being honest with what I know. It’s awful for someone to be mislead into making a poor investment, criminal even. I will continue to voice what I know and make the public aware of unjust doings.

Also I was not aware they were being deleted. @John what’s up with that?
