    No impact on luxury units so any impact will be on prices less than 800K. By the way, Mandarin unit W 9D closed.

    Sale Price: 2.5M
    Purchase price last year: 2.9M

    Original List: 3.5M changed to 3.2 changed to 2.9 changed to 2.7…over 5 months or so.

    Good luck 45P!! No sale recorded in last almost 10 weeks.

    Not much, although I do think it’ll be used for attractively priced condos and most likely used for renovations, which is good as a stimulus.

    Not going to effect new sales much, more so used sales and improvements.
