		<description>Not much, although I do think it&#039;ll be used for attractively priced condos and most likely used for renovations, which is good as a stimulus.

Not going to effect new sales much, more so used sales and improvements.</description>

Original List: 3.5M changed to 3.2 changed to 2.9 changed to 2.7...over 5 months or so.
