Fort Point residential plan

Goldman Sachs, America’s favorite financial firm (snort), is back with its partner with a revised plan for a big residential development in the Fort Point area.

Some of the quick facts: 25 stories, 315,000 square feet (259,000 for residential), 232 rental apartments, 98 parking spaces and an undisclosed number of really angry artists who will be displaced at 319 A Street Rear.
