		<description>John--Thanks for mentioning this.  Franklin is really only a 35 minute drive from downtown Boston in NO TRAFFIC and 45 commuter rail ride.  It is also surrounding by highways, has relatively affordable homes, good schools and low taxes.  Most of the surrounding towns have much higher tax rates and less affordable homes.</description>
