The Massachusetts State Board of Real Estate Brokers and Salesperson recently enforced actions against 20 local real estate brokers and salespeople. Those disciplined include:

• Miguelina Valdez of Lynn

• Milo Tavoliero of Boston

• Edward P. Gilmartin of Boston

• Joseph Mahoney of Malden

• David Brauer of Medfield

• Calvin R. Bridges of South Hadley

• William Huppeler of Jamaica Plain

• Scott-Haynes Inc. of Hyde Park

• Enrique Raul Crockett of Worcester

• Robert Wilson, Jr., of Ayer

• Kathryn Heras of East Sandwich

• Carol J. Tule of Ashburnham.
