		<description>There is also an increased luxury glut...i know of three large buildings that went from condo to all rental over the last year or so. This is in additon to the new luxury rental bldngs (2+ at CRP/West End, Archstone Npoint, Equity&#039;s Third Square in Kendall, the even more expensive Clarendon apartments and the ultra expensive Mandarin apartments, etc.) 

Add to that individual condo owners who can&#039;t sell at their price so they are renting out units. To top it off you also have condo developers who in certain cases are renting out some units and the investors who set out to rent from the get go.   How many $3000+/month rent units can boston support these days?</description>
