Mother Goose’s final nesting place

This sounds like a great Charlestown home for sale, but you never know when you’re being led on a wild goose chase.

Okay. Bad pun. But you got to hand it to the Herald for setting the tone of the story: “In Charlestown lived Mother Goose, and now her house is on the loose.”

In Wellesley, town officials are trying to stop Michael J. Connolly’s goose that he hopes will lay a golden egg.

Okay, we couldn’t resist.
