Tour de Brockton

Federal Reserve officials toured Brockton by bus yesterday to survey its foreclosure ~~carnage~~ problems.

There wasn’t much they could do, but residents seemed to appreciate the visit. Let’s hope the economy turns around fast for them.

For the record, Brockton has the highest rate of foreclosures in Massachusetts, at about 44 per 1,000 housing units, according to the Enterprise.
