Boston Luxury Condos

This should be a very interesting month for the Boston luxury condo market. Both the Clarendon and the W have reported that they will commence closings on the condos they have under agreement. So I wonder how many closings will we see? My guess is 50. Anything less will be a disapointment. What are your thoughts? Above 50 closiings or below?

Hmm….I wonder how many closings 45 Province had in November? Above 1 or below 1?
