Population growth in Mass is near zero for the last 8 years. According to the Boston Globe, apartment vacancy is at a 10 year high. According to the U.S. Census, the last time when vacancy hit today’s level was back in 1991. In terms of homeowner vacancy rate is at a 30 year high. Any thoughts?
