The W – Boston Luxury Apartments

I just viewed the MLS rental listings, and I noticed a studio for rent at the W (see pictures above). This W Boston Residence studio is located on the 18th floor (18-D); asking rent $2,500.00 per month. This begs the question: How many W units were purchased for rental investments?

John, the pictures of the Folio above, look better than the W.

BB, the picture doesn’t do it justice, these units are real nice. The only negative with the studios in the W is that the stoves are electric. Apparently, per the Boston Fire Code you can’t have an open flame is the same room that you sleep-in.
