from an agent&#039;s perspective, i think it does have good value and educational support to offer, especially for new agents (along with high fees that you&#039;ll pay as an agent-they don&#039;t call it fee-max for no reason). i would have a hard time, however, imagining myself sitting in the supermarket and waiting for customers to stop by (and ask for a venti iced soy latte...um, that actually is right next door, thank you for stopping by.) maybe i am missing something, or too old-fashioned.
from a customer&#039;s perspective, i can&#039;t really see value here: are you truly going to buy a house along with that latte and cheerios? most people do their search online, what would be the major added value of having a physical office in a supermarket? i&#039;m not sure i can see it here.</description>
