    How about North End? Is that included in Waterfront?

    This is some good stuff John. It sure doesn’t look like any shadow inventory problems yet. Average increase in inventory versus 2009 is well under 20%. I’m sure days’ sales in inventory is still high (it was high throughout 2009) but is not spiking up.

    The one issue with any MLS statistic is that they only account for larger developments “representative listings”. The total inventory of projects like the Clarendon or 45 Province are usually not all listed in the MLS.

    Stephanie, all I can find so far is this years South Boston condo inventory which is 240 condos. I’ll keep searching.
