Massachusetts Introduces New Reverse Mortgage Legislation

The Massachusetts Senate has introduced new legislation to establish specific reverse mortgage requirements for borrowers and lenders. This will protect elderly individuals who were at risk from questionable lenders.

    I think reverse mortgages are going to be the next big financial problem.

    I don’t think people who get them fully realize the costs associated with the them.
