Peter Lynch in the Boston Real Estate Market

Famed investor Peter Lynch, whose knack for picking winning companies helped millions of Americans make fortunes in stocks, is now hoping his fortunes continue in the Boston real estate market.

Back in July 2005 Peter and Carolyn Lynch purchased a Beacon Hill townhouse at 51 Chestnut Street for $5,125,000.00. Today the Beacon Hill townhouse is on the market for $6,850,000. MLS# 7107635
