3rd Quarter 2010 Information:
The number of single-family homes sold in the third quarter of 2010 was down 20.7 percent compared to the same time last year (9,450 homes sold in 2009 to 11,920 homes sold in 2010). Median selling prices were up 5.0 percent from $304,900 in 2009 to $320,000 in 2010.

One of my agents just spoke with the marketing representative from Audubon Park, she was informed that there’s only one – 2 bed/1 bath condo for sale. This remaining condo is 1,055 sq. ft. with an asking price of $435,000. In addition, there is only one parking space left with an asking price $55,000.
