According to MLS and LINK Boston luxury condo sales will end up being one of the best years on record for prices in excess of $1 million.

According to the latest report by The Warren Group, Massachusetts single-family home sales fell to 2,903 in November, the 5th month of year-over-year sales declines and the fourth month this year sales failed to break the 3,000 mark.
Other findings:
November single-family home sales declined 29.8 percent from the same month last year.
