According to MLS, the highest price cut in 2010 was at the Mandarin Oriental (776 Boylston Street unit 12-B). The original asking price was on September 4, 2009 for $13,700,000 and remained at the price until mid August 2010. On August 17, 2010, the listing broker slashed the asking price by $1,000,000.00 to $12,700,000.00.

List Price: $3,700,000.00

Witches In Real Estate
Well, I never once thought I’d write about witches in real estate, but the Wall Street Journal video below shows how foreclosure buyers in Massachusetts are using witches for house cleansings.

I’ve shown numerous Boston condos and apartments with small bathrooms, but nothing that had a sink like this.

This may be old news, but I didn’t know about this until today. According to an article from the Boston Business Journal; “check-writers” banks are charging fees of $5.00 to $6.00 to check cashiers who do not hold bank accounts at the writers bank, okay, that’s high fee, but I don’t have a problem with it.
