Another luxury condo was just sold at 45 Province Street this week. This is the second closing so far in 2011. This recent sale was unit #1405, two bed, two bath luxury condo with south east exposure.
The original asking price was $975,000 and the sales price was $905,000.00. This averages out to $701.00 per square foot.

I have been thinking about all of the things I agree to while online in order to download an app. Sometimes, I am not sure what they want me to agree to, and am wondering how many people click “I agree” without fully understanding all of the details of each sentence, like this one below.

The WSJ reports today that the Obama administration and the many state attorneys general are nearing a deal on the mortgage/foreclosure mess. The deal is basically this: banks pay for $20 billion in principal reductions for distressed borrowers underwater nationwide. Who and how many will get principal reductions? That’s not clear.

Oh, just great. A worker at the French Consulate came down with the measles, Boston.com reports, so city health officials are out in Back Bay spreading the vaccine shots.
