Robert Shiller, the famous housing expert at Yale University, tries to figure out where and when the next big market bubble will occur.

First the good news: Mortgage delinquincies are down in Greater Boston. Now the bad news: Foreclosure rates are up.
Now our bold prediction based on the above conflicting data: The glass is either half empty or half full.
