Some ‘alarming facts’ about the housing market

OK, they’re really not “alarming” per se. In fact, they tend to point to the market having already reached the bottom. But they are jaw-dropping facts nevertheless.

Question: Is there still time to buy a cheap vacation home/condo in Miami? Forget Boston. Let’s think down the road here.
